Dogs and Their Car Rides!
I recently posted an
article on “Happy Dogs Hanging out of Cars” And while they were
great pictures, and the dogs looked like they were having a great time, in
truth it is very dangerous for both dogs and humans. I can’t tell you how many times I have seen
dogs hanging out of windows, and I just cringe.
My grandfather used to have his toy poodle on his lap driving on the NYS
Thruway on his way to Roscoe NY!
We all want our dogs to
be happy and enjoy themselves as much as possible. There are ways for our dogs to have fun and
be safe on their car rides. A good way to
give your dog freedom to move is to use the Kurgo Car Barrier.
It will give your dog the freedom to move in the back seat while protecting the driver. Another great product is the Kurgo Zip Line.
Again your dog can move around in the back seat, and be in a safety
harness.
We love to take our
dogs on car rides. Whether they are
quick trips around the corner, long drives to the park or taking them on
vacation, we need to keep them and us safe and sound!

Dogs are Family
Dogs are so much a part of our life and I am happy to see that dog products have evolved to recognize them as a cherished member of our family. Take dog crates, for example. Unwelcoming wire cage or plastic crates are being replaced with dog crates that are crafted like fine furniture
